General Conditions
People with a permanent residence (for more than 6 months) outside of Europe, the United Kingdom, Turkey or the Russian Federation are eligible to purchase or use the Eurail National Passes.
Passes must be validated prior to first train journey / first use of bonus by a railway official in Europe (station’s desk) who also fills in the passport number
Passes must be validated in 11 months of issue date
Based on a calendar month, i.e.: a pass validated on March 3rd expires at midnight on April 2nd
Flexipass:The date of travel has to be entered in the correct way before boarding the first train/ship, by the traveler, in the corresponding box of the calendar
Flexipass: The days do not have to be used consecutively. A day of rail travel is a 24 hour period from midnight to midnight. This allows for unlimited travel on any number of trains for each day of use.
When traveling on a night train, you only need to use a single travel day: your day of departure. Even though most night trains leave on one calendar day and arrive on the next, you're never required to use two travel days.
Important note: Some trains may transit through a country not covered by the pass. In that case you must purchase an additional ticket. Transit visas may also be required. Travel on Premier/high-speed and Swiss Scenic trains in Europe is subject to a surcharge for compulsory reservations. Reservation fees are not inclusive in the cost of the pass.
Free BONUS may necessitate usage of a travel day on the pass. Refer to the Eurail Travellers Guide for a full list of bonuses.
All passes are subject to a non-refundable Ticket Issuing Charge of HK$80 per passenger.
Comprehensive conditions of use can be found on the ticket cover.
Refund Conditions
Passes must be presented for refund unused and not validated.
A 15% cancellation fee plus HK$250 will be applied to totally unused passes returned within 1 year of issuing date
Passes can not be replaced if lost or stolen. We recommend purchase a Travel Insurance before departure
