General Conditions
People with a permanent residence outside of Switzerland & Liechtenstein (for more than 6 months) are eligible to purchase or use a Swiss Travel System product
Flexipass:The date of travel has to be entered in the correct way before boarding the first train/ship, by the traveler, in the corresponding box of the calendar
Flexipass: The days do not have to be used consecutively. A day of rail travel is a 24 hour period from midnight to midnight. This allows for unlimited travel on any number of trains for each day of use.
Important note: Some trains may transit through a country not covered by the pass. In that case you must purchase an additional ticket. Transit visas may also be required. Travel on Premier/high-speed and Swiss Scenic trains in Europe is subject to a surcharge for compulsory reservations. Reservation fees are not inclusive in the cost of the pass.
Free BONUS may necessitate usage of a travel day on the pass. Refer to the Swiss Travel System map for a full list of bonuses.

Refund Conditions
If the passenger has not left their home country then the original pass must be returned prior to the first day of validity on the pass. After the first day of validity the pass is non-refundable.
If the passenger is already in Switzerland then the pass must be stamped as unused prior to the first day of validity and then returned to the point of purchase.
A 15% cancellation fee plus HK$250 will be appliedto totally unused passes returned
Swiss Travel System products are not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or partially used
