General Conditions    

• Can not be sold to or used by residents of Europe, the Russian Federation and Turkey.  
  

• Pass must be activated within eleven months after purchasing date, and before the first travel, through the Eurail Rail Planner App .
  

• Seat/bed reservations for mandatory bookable trains still need to be purchased and are an additional cost to the rail pass. Seat reservations may be limited on some services, advance bookings are recommended (reservations are booked via the Rail Planner app or at the train station).

• Passes must be validated prior to first train journey / first use of bonus by a railway official in Europe (station’s desk) who also fills in the passport number    

• Passes must be validated in 11 months of issue date .( European East Pass, Balkan FlexiPass, Swiss Travel Pass, Swiss Half Fare Card除外)    

• Based on a calendar month, i.e.: a pass validated on March 3rd expires at midnight on April 2nd    

• Flexipass: The date of travel has to be entered in the correct way before boarding the first train/ship, by the traveler, in the corresponding box of the calendar    

• Flexipass: The days do not have to be used consecutively. A day of rail travel is a 24 hour period from midnight to midnight. This allows for unlimited travel on any number of trains for each day of use.    

• Important note: Some trains may transit through a country not covered by the pass. In that case you must purchase an additional ticket. Transit visas may also be required. Travel on Premier/high-speed and Swiss Scenic trains in Europe is subject to a surcharge for compulsory reservations. Reservation fees are not inclusive in the cost of the pass.    

• Free BONUS may necessitate usage of a travel day on the pass. Refer to the Eurail apps Rail Planner  for a full list of bonuses.   

• All passes are subject to a non-refundable Ticket Issuing Charge of HK$80 per passenger.    

Discounts available:

- Senior: for passengers 60 and over (except with the Eurail Germany Mobile pass)

- Youth: for passengers under 28

- Children age 4-11: free in the limit of 2 children by paying adult pass otherwise a youth pass should be purchased. Seat/bed reservations for mandatory bookable trains still need to be purchased.

Children under 4: free (except if a reservation for a separate seat/bed is required) 

Refund Conditions    

• Comprehensive conditions of use can be found on the ticket cover.    

• Passes must be presented for refund unused and not validated.    

• A 15% cancellation fee plus HK$250 will be applied to totally unused passes returned within 1 year of issuing date    

• Passes can not be replaced if lost or stolen. We recommend purchase a Travel Insurance before departure
